The Elm is convenient to St. Joseph's University as well as The Overbook train station. We rent to students as well as the general public. To cater to roommates, we offer the opportunity for applicants to apply for specific bedrooms which are indicated by letters. For example, if you were interested in apt. 104, which is a 2-bedroom home, you will see prices for 104A and 104B. You’ll see each rooms rent listed. If you were looking to lease the entire apartment you would simply add up the total of the 2 bedrooms. This style of leasing allows us to rent to roommates so that they won’t necessarily be business partners. Also, their co-signers will only have to co-sign for the occupant of their choosing.
Students may also apply for a bedroom in one our 4-bedroom units, allowing us to rent the other bedrooms out to other student applicants. This option is not offered to the general public.
