We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the next year. Please ensure that you adhere to all instructions both written as well as communicated to you by our leasing team. We are excited to have such interest in our property, and would like to ensure that everyone's application can be serviced in an efficient manner. In-order to do so please remember the following guidelines:

1.) All applicants must include the contact information for their cosigner as well as the information for their desired roommate pairing. If you do not have roommates we may assign one to you. This applies for both new applicants as well as current residents.

2.) All accepted applicants will be required to pay a $500.00 holding fee to reserve their spot in the waitlist. We will apply the $500.00 holding fee to your move in charges once a unit is assigned to you. You may recieve this holding fee back if we are unable to supply you with your selected bedroom count (Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed, 4 Bed). Please note: You are not applying for a specific unit type, and the sooner you complete the application the more options you will have when we are aware of our 2027-2028 inventory. 

3.) We are not currently leasing parking spots, as their is a waitlist for them. You may be added to the waitlist for parking by contacting the leasing office IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. Verbally commiting to the parking spot waitlist does not ensure you have been added.

4.) If you would like to rent the entire unit, you must call ahead of submitting the application to recieve additional instructions.

5.) You must be a student to apply for a suite share. If you are not a student, you must pay to rent the entire unit. Please contact our office for details.
6.) YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR OWN APPLICATION. COSIGNERS MUST NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FIRST. PLEASE HAVE YOUR RESIDENT APPLY AND ADD YOU TO THE APPLICATION IN THE "ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS" STEP OF THE PROCESS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION BEING DENIED.
7.) YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID YOUR FEES & VERIFIED YOUR INCOME VIA NOVA VOI. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPLICATION BEING DENIED.
8.) ATTENTION RESIDENT: PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL. WE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU PRIMARILY. EMAIL IS THE MOST COMMON WAY TO RECIEVE OUR COMMUNICATIONS.
